The staff was very friendly and fast responding to customers' service .
The cleaning quality is not enough, especially the room bathroom was dirty in check-in. Even the bath equipment like water showers is weak pressure . The furniture needs to be renewed .

The hotel is simply wonderful, the best vacation ‍️️ the hotel area is magical, beautiful pool, sun you can sunbathe all day the staff is top-notch, always helpful, special thanks to Vishnu, Gurung. Gouse (Housekeeper) They can provide any room at a favorable price, thanks to Front Office Tajammal, Amin ️ ️️ location not far from the sea by car 5-10 minutes

Exceptional Service and Value
Location and Amenities • Best value for the money Services & Location & all that you need always available, lots of markets, restaurants o different cuisines nearby. • Also, the metro station is less than 10 minutes' walk. Outstanding Staff and Service • Staff was exceptional Swift and prompt. • The front office team was AMAZING!! very quick, immediate response at any time to any request. • Housekeeping people also were very fast to cater to my needs. • However, the hotel was fully booked during my stay, but the responses and management were over my expectations. • Also, they updated the doors' lock with NFC cards and also TVs in the rooms with new smart ones to improve the guests' experience This hotel never lets me down. Every time, I am amazed at how they maintain their excellent level of customer service and professionalism
