Excellent highly recommended

The location was great, close to the metro, 10-15 min by taxi far from the beach. The staff were very friendly especially Mr. Vishnu and Maneesh at the Housekeeping as well as the breakfast alliterate. The pool is nice and big enough. The hotel has its own parking garage, also has its own hair salon

We were very happy during our stay in this hotel, the location was OK, few minutes walk from the metro station, breakfast was very good and you can choose from many options. I liked everything, excellent service, they do everything in the best way, I was very pleased to spend my holiday at this hotel. Special thanks to Vishnu for providing luxurious housekeeping, always helping with everything and making our stay at the hotel comfortable. My friends and I will come back here again and again ????

The hotel is simply wonderful, the best vacation ‍️️ the hotel area is magical, beautiful pool, sun you can sunbathe all day the staff is top-notch, always helpful, special thanks to Vishnu, Gurung. Gouse (Housekeeper) They can provide any room at a favorable price, thanks to Front Office Tajammal, Amin ️ ️️ location not far from the sea by car 5-10 minutes

Friendly staff and smooth checking in & out procedures. Excellent housekeeping staff. 10 minute walk to Metro. Pool was good.

Bathroom in bedroom probably could do this a refresh. Value for money is fair.

My stay was nice but the hotel lacks a bit of atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful staff , the hotel very clean .The location is reasonable.

The introduction to serve Alcohol , maybe a private lounge bar , would attract more customers. It s a little inconvenient to have to find another hotel close by in order to partake in a beer or wine ??

Location and Facilities were very good, but for service price in high season is much to high

Size of the Room, Breakfast was very good, other guests, facilities were very ok, location in tecom is very good, bed was good, and good kitchen with washing machine

Staff did not remember what we ordered: check in and check out time and payment was a problem, they forgot a lot of things we told them, because they communication and writing down on paper problems to remember details. For that price this service was not enough.

Pleasant and fine for what I needed for work trip

Parking, comfortable beds, room clean

Some furniture and fixtures need a little updating as a little worn and torn. Booked queen bed but none on arrival and was told only twin room available, despite numerous queen and king bed rooms still available. Wanted me to pay 150 aed extra!! Was finally given upgraded room with no charge as was right due to their error however it was embarrassing to be standing at counter for so long negotiating for a room that they have clearly oversold. Check in took ages.
